Oatmeal Raisin Protein Cookies 🍪

Labor weekend was so much fun! I spent time with family and friends at dinner, by the pool & soaking in all the south Florida sites since my boyfriend’s mom was visiting from Kansas. I made this amazing oatmeal raisin cookies since that’s her fave (and my boyfriends too!) Don’t worry if you’re not a raisin fan you can always substitute with chocolate chips! No judgment!

These cookies are gluten free and can be made dairy free too! Super easy and a definite crowd pleaser! Plus they actually have fiber and protein too! I always try to get the must nutrients in the foods I eat and I hope everyone loves this recipe as much as I do!

Ingredients:

🍪 1 cups gluten free pats

🍪 1 cup raisins

🍪 3 tbsp wildnfriends vanilla almond protein butter

🍪 1 tbsp. Ground cinnamon

🍪 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

🍪 1/4 cup coconut flour

🍪 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt

🍪 1/2 cup natural unsweetened applesauce

🍪 2 eggs

🍪 1 scoop quest vanilla protein powder

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10min. Makes 12 cookies! Enjoy! 😎✌🏼
